I have gone through the electrical and vacuum on the entire system using the manufacturer testing procedures and I have nothing. The vehicle will continually gain speed after the cruise control is set unless the brake is pressed if turned off at the wheel.

Some of these electronic items will sometimes pass all of the correct tests that you have done and yet will not perform properly. We encounter this type of problem occasionally at Lincoln Land.
The issue that you have is usually corrected here at Lincoln Land for our customers by trying a good Servo, Amplifier or Speed sensor as a test. We then continue to do a thorough road test with the vehicle to be completely sure. We may be able to sell you these suspect parts and then allow you to return the unused items for a refund. Please call Lincoln Land and speak to George if this will work for you.
