Lincoln Land Policies

We here at Lincoln Land strive to provide the best products for your classic. We offer world class customer service from a knowledgeable staff. We try to accommodate every customer’s needs and requests – and make every attempt to stock all items at all times. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with this brief overview of our policies. Lincoln Land reserves the right to update these policies from time to time, with or without notice.

Core Charges

Many items in our inventory carry a Core Charge. You will be charged the cost of the actual Part, as well as the posted Core Charge at the time of Purchase. Once Lincoln Land has received your old part back and it has been determined that it is a usable Core – you will be credited back the Core charge in the same manor that the original invoice was paid for. If your core is deemed unusable or only partially usable – you will be contacted by a member of the Lincoln Land Staff. In the case of items listed as Mandatory Exchange, you MUST send your item in prior to the item being shipped. If you have any questions – please contact us.

Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment at the time of arrival. In the event that you receive a damaged package, report the damage immediately to the carrier, as well as Lincoln Land, so that a claim can be processed. If the package is obviously damaged beyond use, refuse the package and again notify us immediately.

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Orders paid with Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks will be processed immediately. Personal checks will require a two week period to clear prior to your order being shipped. Wire Transfers and PayPal are accepted with additional applicable fees. Lincoln Land does not ship any items C.O.D., we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.


We attempt to update all of our pricing daily, however all prices are subject to change without notice. Please respect the fact that we are subject to the same policy from our suppliers.


If you find the need to return any items to us, please call for pre-approval. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice, as well as your contact information along with the item(s). Returned items must be shipped to Lincoln Land, Inc., 1928 Sherwood Street, Clearwater, FL 33765 freight prepaid. All items are subject to inspection prior to any credit being issued. All items must be returned as uninstalled. Any item found to be tampered with will void any warranty, expressed or written, and will be denied credit. No exchanges or returns on any item over 30 days from date of original invoice. Items ordered in error, or returned for reasons outside of Lincoln Land’s control are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and/or crating charges are non-refundable in all cases. Credits are issued in the same manor as the original payment. Credits will be issued within 30 days, due to billing cycles, it may take several cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


Lincoln Land usually ships via UPS – this way your items are insured and can be tracked via the internet or phone. Larger items may require crating and special handling at an additional charge. Smaller items may be shipped via U.S. Mail. Quotations given at the time of order placement are only an estimate, and are subject to actual shipping costs.

Special Order Items

Certain items offered by Lincoln Land for sale are Special Order items. If an item is designated “Special Order” it can not be canceled after the order has been placed. Please take extra care when ordering these items due to these restrictions. Returns will not be accepted in most cases.

Warranty Information

All items sold by Lincoln Land are guaranteed for a period of 90 Days from date of Invoice unless otherwise specified. Some items are sold “As Is” and will be denoted as such. Please see the Return And Exchange section for further information. All guarantees/warranties are limited to an exchange of the item or refund of the purchase price (at the discretion of Lincoln Land). No other warranty or liability is expressed or implied.
